The members of this Local Resilience Forum (LRF) are committed to making Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland a safer place. The LRF has developed a number of plans to help us respond to identified risks in our area. You can find these plans in the library, some of our plans are not available on this website due to their sensitive nature for further information contact us.
